Every Maison Alvera piece is designed in-house and made from carefully selected materials: 18K gold-plated stainless steel set with hand-cut 5A cubic zirconia and premium stones. The result is hypoallergenic, nickel-free jewellery with the look and weight of fine pieces — without the fine-jewellery price. Each design is held to a high quality standard before it reaches you.

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll gladly arrange a free replacement or refund. Your happiness is our priority.

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

1. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, perfume and harsh chemicals.

2. Remove before showering, swimming or exercising.

3. Store in a cool, dry place, ideally its original box or a pouch.
